Therapy for back and neck pain
Therapy is geared toward relieving pain and improving muscular flexibility and strength, using specific treatments and techniques based on the patient's preferences and response to treatment. These include McKenzie, dynamic lumbar stabilization, postural awareness and mobilization.

Ergonomic assessments/industrial rehabilitation
Staff will conduct on-site postural and functional assessments of your worksite to help you to better utilize muscle strength and function, while reducing pain or chance of injury at work.

Fitness assessments
Through general flexibility and strength assessments, therapists will establish a baseline and goals so you can implement an exercise routine.

Pain management

One-on-one instruction is offered throughout a goal-oriented exercise routine.

Stroke rehabilitation
Post-stroke exercise and functional-based activities help restore and maximize the patient's abilities to perform activities of daily living. Patients are trained in the usage of parallel bars, walkers, canes and wheelchair mobility.
